To effectively implement the primary responsibility for work safety, promptly identify and eliminate various potential safety hazards on the production site, effectively prevent safety accidents, and fully maintain a stable and sound work safety situation, the company, together with the safety supervision team, recently conducted a comprehensive special work safety inspection across the production workshops.
All inspectors wore safety helmets and standard protective gear. They visited key areas including the assembly and commissioning zone, equipment operation zone and gas storage tank storage area. A thorough item-by-item inspection was carried out focusing on safety warning labels and emergency stop protection devices of automatic production equipment, pressure operating conditions of pressure vessel gas storage tanks, ventilation and exhaust facilities, workshop pipeline layout, standards for high-altitude operations, on-site fire-fighting supporting facilities and workshop 6S zoning management. All types of risks were investigated rigorously and meticulously, with multiple measures adopted to deliver tangible results in work safety.
During the inspection, staff recorded hidden dangers in equipment operation and irregular on-site operations against the work safety inspection ledger. They communicated with workshop supervisors on-site to clarify rectification standards and deadlines. On-site managers were required to strictly implement the daily safety inspection system, strengthen training on safe operation for frontline staff covering high-altitude work, equipment operation and the use of hazardous chemical supporting facilities, keep high alert for work safety risks, and adopt stringent control to achieve zero risks in work safety. 
This special inspection has clarified the weak links in the factory’s current work safety management. Going forward, the company will establish a closed-loop ledger for hidden danger rectification, follow up and review all rectification work, conduct regular safety inspections on a routine basis, continuously reinforce work safety management responsibilities at all levels, build a solid work safety barrier for the factory through regular supervision, comprehensively guarantee work safety, and support the steady and orderly progress of production and operation.
