To further standardize on-site installation specifications, unify production process requirements, improve product assembly quality and accurately meet customer demands, the Production Department recently convened a special morning briefing for all frontline staff to deliver training and assign work tasks covering installation details, process standards, operating regulations and improvements based on customer feedback. Centered on the guiding principle: Strictly control details, standardize workmanship, follow specified criteria and upgrade services, the session provided targeted training on standardized installation processes. Combining actual daily production scenarios, management elaborated on core items including complete unit installation procedures, fitting alignment assembly, wiring routing rules and process sequencing standards. Installation specifications for each position were reaffirmed to fix common operational omissions. All workers are required to follow standardized procedures strictly and eliminate irregular operations. In addition, the meeting highlighted on-site safety codes, equipment operating requirements, material usage specifications and key points of workshop 5S management. All employees must keep quality and safety top of mind and implement self-inspection, self-examination and self-correction during operations to prevent quality defects and potential safety hazards from the source and consolidate the safeguard of production safety and product quality. All recent market complaints, customer issues and improvement proposals were sorted out and announced at the meeting. Relevant customer needs, in-use product feedback and rectification plans were decomposed and assigned to corresponding working procedures and posts. All staff shall abide by the production philosophy of Customer-centric, Quality-oriented, earnestly respond to every customer comment, make comprehensive improvements by analogy, continuously refine assembly techniques and operational details so as to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. Quality is the cornerstone of enterprise development, and details determine quality improvement. Moving forward, the Production Department will regularly organize standardized process training, daily operation reviews and corrective actions to strengthen employees’ standardized operation capabilities, optimize production flows and enforce strict quality control.
