2 Description of the equipment structure

3 Explanation of the working principle of the equipment
This equipment uses two charged gold spraying wires to collide during movement to generate a short-circuit current and form a high temperature to make the metal wires melt rapidly. The molten metal is sprayed onto the component by high-speed compressed air to form a gold spraying layer. The 8-gun two-sided independent gold spraying chamber adopts a left-in-right-out method of transportation. The core loading fixture is placed on the conveyor line and moves forward at a constant speed. It enters the loading area for manual loading and then stands up and pushes the fixture into the conveyor belt. When the core passes through the A gold spraying chamber, the spray gun moves up and down to complete the front 4 guns of gold spraying. When the gold spraying fixture moves to the B gold spraying chamber, the back gold spraying is completed in the same working method according to the required thickness at one time. At this point, all the gold spraying is completed, and then the core loading frame is automatically sent out by the conveyor belt to the unloading area for unloading.
