2 Equipment structure description

3. Operating Principle of the Equipment
This equipment utilizes the collision of two charged spray wires during movement, generating a short-circuit current and high temperatures that rapidly melt the wires. The molten metal is then sprayed onto the component by high-velocity compressed air, forming a spray coating. This eight-gun, two-sided independent spray chamber utilizes a left-in, right-out conveyor system. The core loading fixture is placed on a conveyor line and advances at a constant speed. Manual loading is performed in the loading area by raising the fixture and pushing it onto the conveyor belt. When the core passes through the A spraying chamber, the spray gun moves up and down to complete the first 4 spraying shots on the front side. When the spraying fixture moves to the B spraying chamber, the back side spraying is completed in one go in the same way according to the required thickness. At this point, all the spraying is completed, and then the core frame is automatically sent out by the conveyor belt to the unloading area to complete the unloading.
